Epoxy resins
Very low viscosity, modified epoxy resin composition. It is used as a component №1 in a two-component system (component №1 - resin composition, component №2 - hardener) in a system designed for particularly deep casting 5-15 cm. It is used as a molding compound for tables, wood, decorations, molds and other handicrafts.
FEATURES:
- Transparent with UV protection against yellowing;
- Good adhesion to various surfaces;
- Reduced bubble formation;
- No characteristic odor;
- Short curing time;
- Good flow - self-leveling;
- Resistant to chemical reagents.
APPLICATION: The surfaces to be treated must be clean, hard and slightly rough. Surface moisture not more than 10% (wood 5%). Apply on concrete surfaces not earlier than 28 days after laying the concrete. Optimal application temperature + 25 ° C and air humidity 70%. Components №1 and №2 must be thoroughly mixed in the correct weight ratio 3: 1. Wash tools and equipment immediately after use with acetone-based solvent. Goggles, gloves and a respirator must be worn during work. Detailed instructions for use are available at www.stafor.lv
DRYING TIME: Application time at + 25 ° C approx. 40 minutes. Full cure time about 24 hours, depending on casting thickness and temperature.
STORAGE: In the original packaging, at a temperature of + 5 ° С to + 25 ° С. Shelf life is indicated on the package.
DEEP CASTING EPOXY RESINS - HARDENER
Optically clear liquid with low viscosity. Intended for use as a hardener with liquid deep cast epoxy resin STAFOR (component No.2).
Mixing proportions (by weight):
- Deep casting liquid resin STAFOR (component No.1): 3
- Hardener for deep casting resins: 1
USAGE: Mix both components thoroughly, preferably transfer the mixture to another container and mix again. The mixture can be used for at least 30 minutes. (at 25 ° C). Detailed instructions for use are available at www.stafor.lv
RESTRICTIONS ON USE: Recommended mixture and air temperature 25 ° С. Maximum mixture and air temperature 30 ° С.
TOOLS: All tools and equipment should be washed with acetone immediately after use.
SAFETY: Wash hands and skin with warm water and soap. Goggles, gloves and a respirator must be worn during work.
